Yo guys. I know ive been on a roll with updating but it just had to end sometime. I just really havent been in the mood to update this even though ive been having some shitty days lately. I won't really get into it so ill just leave it at that. I'll explain what the last post meant in a little bit but meanwhile heres a recap of events from the past and present.
Thursday (30th) was an up and down day. I hate thursdays as it is the LONGEST day to have classes and just anxious as hell to just get out. So i usually end up leaving early or not even showing up to my last class at all. I don't remember the last time i actually stayed throughout the whole class time but oh well. By that time I just zone out and can't keep my mind focused and i would just say whats the point of being here if i can't listen. Anyway, you know that test i definitely thought i bombed? turns out i got a C fuckin -. Down for that! Teacher was lookin at me like im an idiot for cheering for that grade but i don't give a fuck! I was hoping for a D at least and C- beats that shit anyday! ha. Then after i just bounced to celebrate haha.
After that shit i was expecting a call from a friend so we can watch Saw V together and she didn't pull through. I know what you are thinking, why dont you just call her? Well she doesnt have a cell phone and calling house phones arent my thing and theres some other factors as to why i dont call her house phone. So yeah she didnt hit me up. Even when she said FOR SURE she will. Now i don't know what the reason was but i just hate those kinds of FLAKES! Those who say For Sure or definitely and etc and not pull through. I'll admit im a flake at times but im not someone that says yeah ill go and not go do something. I would usually say "ill see" or "I don't know yet". I also felt stood up as it was supposed to be a semi-date (it was my intention lol) which brings me back to the COUNTLESS times that has happened to me and trust me there have been COUNTLESS times! It also brings me back to times where ive been MAD led on which well...gets my hopes up and find out it was just a waste of my damn time. So the movie was a bust and just knocked the fuck out.
Halloween. The party holiday (for teens and older) and the day everyone could wear a costume without being called a freak or weirdo lol. It is my favorite holiday! NOT! Honestly i could care less about this holiday. I find it to have no meaning and it doesnt matter if i party or not or do something at all. I mean its cool to have fun on this day but i treat it as a day i usually chill with people. I already had my day planned and i went with it and that was gym and then home just like any ordinary day haha. Didnt seem like Halloween at all as i left as it got dark and got home when all the kids were done trick or treating.
Saturday i headed down to the valley for my uncles birthday at this chinese restaurant called Mandarin King that had some bomb food. I thought it was just a small family gathering but it was a good amount of people to fill up the party room. Pretty much i just hung out with the family and talked to my other uncle most of the time about what hes up 2 and what his plans are when he gets a job as a nurse (then working his way up to be a doctor again). He mentioned his top choice so far is Palmdale (hes been to Palmdale for my bday and looked at some of the model homes) and i told him i agreed with that. I told him that in my opinion, that i see Palmdale better fitting when it comes to raising kids. There are good schools around here, crime keeps constantly declining it's being well developed and maintained, brand new houses are cheap, and honestly, the drive to the valley to see family is not far at all if you think about it. In my case im just broke as fuck to pay for gas to head there. Its a quiet environment and its just a good place to live. I wouldn't have said that a couple years ago but times change and I see Palmdale like that now. It'll always be home to me but right now im just trying to GET OUT haha.
Speaking of Saturdays, I do not know the last time i had a saturday where wasn't at a family event. Its been about birthdays all of october and visiting family and all that and still there are plenty of events to come for the future Saturdays (Baptism, Thanksgiving, Family Visits and more to remember). I just want to chill one saturday haha. But i guess the upside to it is that i get to see the nephew who i can't get enough of. That kid is just too great.
Sunday i just chilled with a couple friends for a little and then hit up the gym then went home to start a paper but ended up knocking out haha. I'm supposed to do that paper right NOW but na ill do it the day before like most papers i do. Procrastination bay bay!
FINALLY! i submitted my application for CSUN! I swear i thought my mom was holding back on me but she randomly said to submit it and she'll pay for the fee and went right on that to get it done. I'm pretty excited to see what happens. I keep hearing that they definitely will accept me but you never know what will happen. Maybe affirmative action will keep me out haha. Even if i am accepted, theres still a few classes i need to take and PASS which will be a bitch as usual but with my knowledge of me being accepted i think itll make me work harder.
Today history was MADE. I'm glad i actually got to witness it. If you don't know what im talking about, you should just shoot yourself right now haha. Obama is our president and pretty excited to see what he can change in this country. The election was NO CONTEST at all! McCain got handled haha and i knew it was going to happen. When you think of all the advertisements for Obama, Musicians saying to vote for Obama, the fact that everyone is concerned with pulling out the troops from Iraq, and the idea of another 4 years of Bush if Mccain is elected, u definitely gotta consider the odds in favor of Obama. Voting kinda stimulated me today. I felt like i did something i should be proud of and well it paid off.
Its 2:30AM right now and sleepy and i think im gonna crash right now. School tomorrow (sigh). I'm not done with my input on the results today but ill talk about it on the next post and also about the last post. I'll also update the Random Blog since i have a couple things in mind. By the way, 43 hits though! haha thats more than what i had in mind (like 10). I'll update whenever i can. Might not be tomorrow since i gotta finish that damn paper.

Kanye West: 808s and heartbreak - Currently bumpin this CD more than the others because obviously it just came out. Its a new sound which is pretty dope and Kanye is singing throughout the album which makes it even better. I'm sure its winning an award.
Robin Thicke: Something Else - The CHILLEST CD out of this whole list. Robin Thicke is just being himself and doing the R&B thing using Jazz, Disco, Latin sounds.
John Legend: Evolver - Leezy's came into this album with a new sound as well and it took me some time to get used to it. IMO it's not as good as the first 2 albums but this is still pretty good.
The-Dream: Love Hate - I think this album has been out for a while and i'm disappointed at the fact that i didn't get this album earlier. It is really chill and The-Dream is just catchy as hell with some songs. The random sounds he makes makes the songs dope haha.
T-Pain: Thr33 Ringz - I'll be honest and say that i hate hearing this guy's voice in every other artist's songs but if he is alone or someone else is being featured in his song its something i would prefer. There's a couple annoying songs on the album but at the same time good ones.
